CLASS LEVELS

INTRO

Introduction to Pilates principles and exercises, equipment, and props

BEGINNER

Beginner and injury (with doctor clearance) friendly exercises

RESTORATIVE

Intended to restore the body with breath, stretching, and spine work for ALL levels

INTERMEDIATE

Exercises that progress from the beginner and basic exercises

ADVANCED

For those who have mastered their Intermediate exercises along with their balance and core connection, this level requires a lot of focus and stability. Starting with advanced slow flow highly recommended.


 

CLASS STYLES

SLOW FLOW

Some classical and some contemporary, these classes are intended to take time to set up and explain proper form and the why behind each exercise. The goal is to help you feel the exercise deeper while connecting to your body. Great for beginners, this will get you to your Intermediate level in no time!

FLOW

A workout that starts with a warm up and ends with a cool down, these classes are an average to quick pace with the expectation of basic Pilates skills and knowledge.

BURN

Quick transitions and minimal set up, these classes are for those who are looking for an advanced class with less talk and more action!

EXPRESS

A quick 15-30 minute class targeting specific muscles or exercises

RESTORATIVE

A feel good class that focuses on slow movement, breath, and mind-body connection

REFORMER

Classes utilizing the reformer, box, magic circle, and fit ball

REFORMER+

Classes utilizing the reformer plus other equipment such as the chair, therabands, loops, mat, magic circle, weights, and more! 

CHAIR

Classes utilizing the chair- both full and split pedal 

MAT

Pilates mat classes 

MAT+

Pilates mat classes adding in props such as weights, magic circles, bands, stability balls, the BOSU, and more!

BARRE

Classes mixing in mat Pilates and 32 Count barre series; utilizing the mat, a barre, weights, and more!

+CARDIO

Any format with added cardio sections
