CLASS STYLES

The goal is to help you feel the exercise deeper while connecting to your body. Great for beginners, this will get you to your Intermediate level in no time!
A workout that starts with a warm up and ends with a cool down, these classes are an average to quick pace with the expectation of basic Pilates skills and knowledge.
